Our ClientOur client is a well-known company with a global presence, offering a range of hygiene, health, and nutrition products. They are committed to protecting, healing, and nurturing the world, and we are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their team.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Support Agent to handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media, with a focus on first-contact resolution. The ideal candidate will have a high level of Danish language skills, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements- Afluent level of Danish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
