The IT department is seeking an IT Project Manager specializing in CRM systems. The selected candidate will oversee project management and ensure service quality for CRM initiatives. A solid background in managing the complete software development life cycle is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus Areas

  • Oversee CRM project management: planning and coordination.
  • Assess the requirements of business units to identify and define technical solutions.
  • Manage and monitor IT projects in collaboration with business areas.
  • Supervise external providers responsible for the development and maintenance of systems under your purview.
  • Report directly to the Commercial IT Manager.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies (including .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, CRM), web development (Java, REST APIs), and cloud computing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development or IT solutions implementation, preferably in consulting or IT firms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies; relevant certifications (PMP or Scrum Master) are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary, as collaboration with other IT functional leads, business partners, users, vendors, and outsourced IT support will be required.
