About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our CRM project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CRM project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify technical solutions to support them.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Direct report to the Commercial IT Manager.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft technologies, web development, and cloud computing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development in Technology or IT solutions implementation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with IT functional responsible, users, vendors, and outsource IT support.
