About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at IE Business School. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Manage and follow up with business areas on IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of providers for development and maintenance of systems supporting business areas.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field.
  • High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development in technology or IT solutions implementation.
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft technologies, web development, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with IT functional responsible, users, vendors, and outsource IT support.
