We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Geenen IT Systeme. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients in the security sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of initiatives and systems features, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  2. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  3. Project Planning and Management: Define the project plan following the outlined scope and budget, establishing clear milestones and deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
  4. Technical Expertise: Make informed technical decisions, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
  5. Project Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report project status and deadlines commitments, providing transparent and accurate updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecoms engineering, or Business.
  2. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in technology projects, with a strong understanding of project phases, life cycles, metrics, and methodologies.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is a must (minimum B2 level).
  4. Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to work within hybrid models.
  5. International Project Management: Experience managing international projects, including working with foreign customers and partners.

Job Modality: Hybrid (1 day on-site in the office in North Madrid).
