About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Geenen It Systeme. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of initiatives and systems features.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality.
- Monitor and report project status and deadlines commitments.
- Take technical decisions and ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in technology projects, including phases, life cycles, metrics, and methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must (minimum B2 level).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the flexibility to work within hybrid models.
- Experience managing international projects with foreign customers and partners.
