Job Title: IT Project Manager for CRM

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our CRM project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM project management: planning, coordinating, and managing the project
  • Understanding the needs of business areas to identify and specify technical solutions
  • Management and follow-up with business areas of IT projects
  • Management of providers of development and maintenance of systems
  • Direct report to the Commercial IT Manager

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or computer science
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Strong technical background: Microsoft technologies, web development, and cloud computing
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Good communication and coordination skills
