Position Overview

The IT department is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager specializing in CRM systems. The successful candidate will oversee project management and ensure service quality for CRM initiatives. A strong background in managing the complete software development life cycle is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Main Focus Areas

  • Oversee CRM project management, including planning and coordination.
  • Assess business area requirements to identify and define technical solutions.
  • Manage and monitor IT projects in collaboration with business units.
  • Supervise vendors responsible for the development and maintenance of relevant systems.
  • Report directly to the Commercial IT Manager.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, CRM), web development (Java, REST APIs), and cloud computing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development or IT solutions implementation, preferably in consulting or IT firms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies; relevant certifications (PMP or Scrum Master) are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, essential for collaborating with IT functional leads, user areas, vendors, and outsourced IT support.
