Customer Service Professional

Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution that promotes and develops biomedical research, innovation, and teaching at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital (HUVH), the largest hospital in Barcelona and the Catalan Institute of Health (ICS).
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our General Services and Infrastructure Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to perform tasks that require physical effort
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience working as an orderly in the health sector
- Experience as a receptionist or in a customer service position
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance tasks
Main responsibilities:
