The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, considering the remote work arrangement and 30 hours per week schedule.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Water Expert Support Specialist to join our customer success and support teams. In this role, you will help increase the accessibility, adoption, and retention of our Qatium platform. You will assist users in getting the most out of our product, providing them with intuitive and inspirational articles in our knowledge base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have a passion for writing clear, approachable, and easy-to-read documentation. As a hybrid profile: part technical writer, part L1 support representative, you will serve others, be client-focused, and dedicated to helping all users succeed.
Benefits
We offer a flexible schedule with 30 hours per week, distributed in 6 hours per day, from Monday to Friday. Our team is mainly aligned in the CET/CEST timezone (UTC+1/UTC+2), but this specific role may require flexibility to align with customers worldwide. We also provide professional growth opportunities, including study groups, a learning budget, and a mentoring program.
