A challenging role has opened up within our Product Marketing team, and we're looking for a talented Chief Marketing Product Project Manager to join our ranks. As part of our cross-functional team, you'll work closely with our CRM team to define and implement customer journeys, both in France and internationally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing global strategies for new projects and partnerships
- Participating in the creation of customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Writing communications (emails, SMS, etc.) sent to clients and partners
- Analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations to optimize customer journeys
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across various teams, leveraging your expertise to develop impactful CRM and content marketing campaigns. You'll also play a key role in optimizing agent pathways, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.
