Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our IT & Data team. As a Digital Product Manager for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will play a key role in delivering our IT & Data mission and driving business growth through technology and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our consumer engagement products, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization Studio.
  • Use a product management approach to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal business customers, including global marketing automation business product owners, local marketing teams, digital marketers, data compliance officers, and IT peers globally/locally.
  • Collaborate with other product owners and assist senior product managers in executing product strategies.
  • Organize and track product metrics, maintain detailed documentation, and create roadmaps and communication plans.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of product management experience in an international work setting.
  • Strong organizational skills, including excellent planning and budget management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of independent and team work.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe) and setting up integration with other systems.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and allocating resources.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with a mandatory Salesforce marketing cloud certification and at least 2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with scrum methodologies (preferably SaFe or Scrum certified) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or Asana).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
