  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets, creating an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
  • Follow management direction and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Slovenian language proficiency at C2 level.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
  • The ability to resolve customer concerns and create seamless customer experiences.
  • Self-sufficiency and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.
  • Immediate availability to start working.
  • EU citizenship or Spanish residence.

Salary Range: €40,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Note: The salary may vary based on individual qualifications and negotiation.
