Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer Clinical Insights to join our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) User Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop user experiences that meet business needs and user requirements.
- Conceptualize and design intuitive user interfaces that promote usability and optimize the user experience of our products.
- Identify design problems and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations on existing products to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and priorities, and balance these with user requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless interface implementation.
- Ensure that interfaces are held to a consistently high standard of user-centered design and rapidly test and iterate designs.
- Partner with user researchers to influence insight studies related to the discovery and understanding of unresolved interface problems and needs.
- Continuously challenge the effectiveness of design, stay up to date on behavioral analytics, monitor success metrics, and recommend changes as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development of an overall design framework to ensure consistent experiences across our suite of products.
- Proven track record of user-centered innovation and design expertise.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
