About the Role
F. Hoffmann La Roche Gruppe is seeking a talented UX Designer Clinical Insights to join our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) User Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop engaging user experiences that translate product requirements into actionable design concepts.
- Concept and design intuitive interfaces that promote usability and optimize the user experience of our products.
- Identify design problems and develop innovative solutions that meet business needs and user requirements.
- Design and deliver initial concept designs, user flows, wireframes, usage scenarios, user journeys, and mockups that lead to seamless user experiences.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations on existing products to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and priorities, and balance these with user requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers on interface implementation to ensure a consistently high standard of user-centered design.
- Partner with user researchers to influence insight studies related to the discovery and understanding of unresolved interface problems and needs.
- Continuously challenge the effectiveness of design, staying up to date on behavioral analytics, monitoring success metrics, and recommending changes as appropriate.
- Contribute to the overall design framework to ensure consistent experiences across the suite of products.
- Work seamlessly with other designers, whether part of the in-house team or an external agency.
Requirements
- Proven track record of user-centered innovation and design expertise.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
