Design the Future of Healthcare

At Roche, we're passionate about creating innovative digital experiences that improve patient outcomes. We're seeking a talented UX Designer Patient Insights to join our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) User Experience team.

Role Purpose:

As a UX Designer Patient Insights, you'll play a critical role in defining our digital experiences. You'll work closely with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to design intuitive and user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design delightful user experiences by translating product requirements into engaging design concepts and simple interaction models.
  • Concept intuitive designs that promote usability and optimize the user experience of our products.
  • Identify design problems and devise smart solutions.
  • Design and deliver initial concept designs, user flows, wireframes, usage scenarios, user journeys, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations on existing products.
  • Collaborate with engineers on interface implementation.
  • Ensure interfaces are held to a consistently high standard of user-centered design and rapidly testing and iterating your designs.
  • Partner with user researchers and influence insight studies related to the discovery and understanding of unresolved interface problems and needs.
  • Continuously challenge the effectiveness of design, staying up to date on behavioral analytics, monitoring success metrics, and recommending changes as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the overall design framework to ensure consistent experiences across the suite of products.
  • Work seamlessly with other designers, whether part of the in-house team or an external agency.
  • Engage in close collaboration with the Medical and Regulatory teams.
