The RoleJob Summary
We are seeking a UX Designer Clinical Insights to join our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) User Experience team. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in defining our digital experiences and ensuring that they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business needs and user requirements.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
- Work with product managers to understand business needs and priorities and balance these with user requirements.
- Partner with user researchers to influence insight studies and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously challenge the effectiveness of design and recommend changes as appropriate.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
