About the Role

We're seeking a UX Designer Clinical Insights to join our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) User Experience team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to design intuitive and user-centered experiences for our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design engaging user experiences that promote usability and optimize the user experience of our products.
  • Concept and deliver initial design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations on existing products and work with product managers to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Partner with user researchers to influence insight studies and identify unresolved interface problems and needs.
  • Continuously challenge the effectiveness of design and stay up-to-date on behavioral analytics.
