The RoleUX Designer Clinical Insights Job Summary
We are seeking a talented UX Designer Clinical Insights to join our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) User Experience team. As a UX Designer Clinical Insights, you will play a critical role in designing user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design User-Centered Experiences
Work with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly experiences that meet business needs and user requirements.
Conduct User ResearchConduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and use this information to inform design decisions.
Develop Design ConceptsDevelop design concepts and prototypes that meet user needs and business requirements.
Collaborate with StakeholdersCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business needs and user requirements.
Test and IterateTest and iterate design solutions to ensure that they meet user needs and business requirements.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry TrendsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
