Fusion - UX Designer Clinical Insights - (QV-132)

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer Clinical Insights to join our Roche Information Solutions (RIS) User Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing user-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Designing User-Centered Experiences: Work with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet business needs and user requirements.
- Concepting and Prototyping: Develop initial concept designs, user flows, wireframes, usage scenarios, user journeys, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure interfaces are held to a consistently high standard of user-centered design.
- Heuristic Evaluations and Testing: Conduct heuristic evaluations on existing products and rapidly test and iterate designs to ensure they meet user needs.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously challenge the effectiveness of design, stay up to date on behavioral analytics, and recommend changes as appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in UX design with a focus on clinical insights.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
