We are seeking a skilled IT Service Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality IT services that align with our business objectives. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery and support of our IT services, leveraging the ITIL framework and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve our IT service management framework to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, from service creation to retirement, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement IT service management policies, processes, and procedures based on ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IT services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing an IT service or projects, preferably with IT platforms.
  • Expertise in ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
