IT Service Manager

Devoteam Spain is a leading European consulting firm focused on digital strategy, technological platforms, cybersecurity, and business transformation through technology.
We are looking for an IT Service Manager with at least 5 years of experience in ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Service Management).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in establishing and managing SLAs and KPIs for IT services. They will also have excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) and be able to interact with third-party vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
The IT Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for reporting to senior management and ensuring that IT services are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage SLAs and KPIs for IT services
- Resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service
- Interact with third-party vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Report to senior management and ensure that IT services are aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
