Strategic Leader for Amazon Ads

Aleph Group is seeking a visionary Global Product Lead - Amazon Marketing Cloud to spearhead our ambitious efforts in harnessing the capabilities of the Amazon Marketing Cloud. As the Global Head of Amazon Marketing Cloud, you will play a critical role in establishing and leading a new global data team dedicated to developing cutting-edge Amazon Marketing Cloud use cases and dashboards for our Amazon Ads customers.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative Amazon Marketing Cloud solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global Amazon Ads customers, driving business growth and revenue.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a global team of data analysts and engineers focused on delivering high-impact Amazon Marketing Cloud use cases and dashboards, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Process Optimisation: Leverage your extensive experience to streamline and automate manual data analysis processes, reducing time spent on data analysis and enhancing workflow efficiencies, resulting in increased productivity and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across different locales to ensure the seamless integration and adoption of Amazon Marketing Cloud solutions, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Data Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in SQL queries, data analysis, and the translation of complex data sets into actionable insights for business growth, staying ahead of Martech trends and Amazon Marketing Cloud advancements.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about the latest market trends and Amazon Marketing Cloud developments, ensuring Aleph Group remains at the forefront of innovation and competitiveness.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, Martech solutions, or related fields, with a strong preference for candidates with experience working across multiple locales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Language: English language fluency.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for using data to drive decision-making.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
