We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations and Logistics team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy for commercial growth, focusing on small and medium-sized shippers.
- Drive revenue, adoption, and profit growth for our product, prioritizing key areas and making trade-offs as needed.
- Earn the trust of our customers and recommend product solutions that meet their business needs, meeting targets for customer and feature adoption.
- Measure performance, analyze root causes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate market needs and requirements to internal Amazon teams.
- Analyze current purchasing processes and identify opportunities for solutions to improve end-user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
- Automate existing processes and build scalable solutions.
- Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Extensive experience in account management, sales, management consulting, or roles with similarly broad scope.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and sales skills, including communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals.
- Familiarity with Excel and knowledge of databases or CRM tools.
- Proven quantitative analytical capability and project management skills, as well as customer focus, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Professional level of Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience in the B2C logistics industry.
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning tools.
- Experience working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift).
