This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Amazon Shipping in Spain. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of top clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating sales agreements. Your analytical skills and customer obsession will be crucial in collecting market insights and improving product offerings to delight Amazon customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership: You will be part of the organization's leadership team, helping shape the overall strategy and direction of Amazon Shipping in Spain.

Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that meets customer needs.

Business development: You will be responsible for bringing new customers to Amazon, developing the volume of shipping packages, and ensuring good conversion rates while maintaining profitability.

Customer relationship management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with top-level customers, identifying their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with databases and CRM tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Experience in business development, sales, and account management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Fluency in Spanish and English
