About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agency Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our advertising team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our largest agency customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level and influencers/decision makers of all sizes within the agency.
  • Create and execute cross-team project plans to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.
  • Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video-centric solutions.
  • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions, including delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events.
  • Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders to drive revenue growth across multiple Amazon Ads products.
  • Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.
  • Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.

Requirements

  • Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
  • Relevant years of B2B sales experience.
  • Prior experience in agency development, business development, partnerships, or sales at a major media company and/or experience working in a 'Big 6' Holding Company.
  • Domain expertise in digital advertising with a focus on streaming TV/linear TV/video.
  • Experience in media buying or selling (connected TV, linear TV, video strategies).
  • Established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, 'Big 6' Holding Companies.
  • Experience in agency stakeholder relationship management (particularly across strategy, planning, and investment functions), translating their business needs into revenue-driving opportunities for mutual success.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity, and have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent MBA.
