Key Responsibilities- Develop a Marketing Plan: Create a marketing plan to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Amazon's advertising opportunities in Spain, including defining value propositions and playbooks.
- Tell Compelling Stories: Develop and communicate stories that challenge, inspire, engage, and drive action among our target audience.
- Drive Engagement: Utilize existing owned marketing channels and pilot new channels to drive engagement globally.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Training, Sales, Analytics and Insights, Product, Retail, Legal, and PR teams to deliver content and channel initiatives.
- Commission Research: Commission 1st and 3rd party research to support positioning and marketing plans.
- Advocate for Customer Needs: Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs, ensuring broad awareness of, and empathy for, customer pain points.
- MBA
- Cross-Functional Experience: Proven experience working across Sales, Marketing, PR, Legal, Training, and Research teams.
- Content Marketing Experience: Previous experience in content marketing.
- Prioritization and Decision-Making: Ability to make ruthless prioritization decisions to allocate limited resources to high-impact initiatives.
