About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Spain for Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for our advertising opportunities in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a Marketing Plan: Create a marketing plan to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Amazon's advertising opportunities in Spain, including defining value propositions and playbooks.
  2. Tell Compelling Stories: Develop and communicate stories that challenge, inspire, engage, and drive action among our target audience.
  3. Drive Engagement: Utilize existing owned marketing channels and pilot new channels to drive engagement globally.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Training, Sales, Analytics and Insights, Product, Retail, Legal, and PR teams to deliver content and channel initiatives.
  5. Commission Research: Commission 1st and 3rd party research to support positioning and marketing plans.
  6. Advocate for Customer Needs: Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs, ensuring broad awareness of, and empathy for, customer pain points.
Requirements
  1. MBA
  2. Cross-Functional Experience: Proven experience working across Sales, Marketing, PR, Legal, Training, and Research teams.
  3. Content Marketing Experience: Previous experience in content marketing.
  4. Prioritization and Decision-Making: Ability to make ruthless prioritization decisions to allocate limited resources to high-impact initiatives.
  5. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to try different things in an ambiguous environment with minimal direction.
  6. Creative Input and Execution: Own creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
  7. Communication and Presentation: Confident leading walk-throughs of materials and fielding questions.
  8. Attention to Detail
