About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our Sales team in the Business Unit Spain at The GB Foods, S.A. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the FMCG industry, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive reports and intuitive dashboards to support business decision-making processes
  • Analyze sales data by clients and channels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
  • Conduct pricing analysis for products and clients to understand market positioning and identify potential areas for price optimization
  • Provide support in sales forecasting activities, including running forecasts and sales budgeting
  • Monitor and follow-up on sales performance and sell-out actions
  • Prepare presentations and participate in meetings with the sales team
  • Support the development of Customer Business Plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong command of Excel, with experience in Power Pivot, Power BI, and BO
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry
  • Fluent Spanish and medium level of English required
  • Excellent analytical skills and customer orientation
