About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team at Adp, Inc. as a Financial Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to our Sales CFO, Sales team, and DVP to deliver top-quality analysis, reports, and projections that help improve sales performance through growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Oversee all financial aspects of the LATAM sales environment, including current and future performance, identification and realization of opportunities and risks.
  • Strategic Planning: Take the lead on key financial processes such as operating plans, financial reviews, and provide input into the strategic planning processes.
  • Business Control and Management Reporting: Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across the BUs, ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging.
  • Financial Leadership: Provide finance leadership input towards tool adoption to further automate finance processes and reporting.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Qualified Accountant preferred. Degree in business-related subject preferred.
  • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases. Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise, and Hyperion Planning experience preferred.
