Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our Sales team in the Business Unit Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Comprehensive Reports: Create intuitive dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes, analyzing sales data by clients and channels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct Pricing Analysis: Analyze sales data to understand market positioning and identify potential areas for price optimization.
  • Support Sales Forecasting: Provide support in sales forecasting activities, including running forecasts and sales budgeting.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Follow-up on charges and sell-out actions, preparing presentations and participating in meetings with the sales team.
  • Customer Business Planning: Provide key support in Customers Business Plan.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Very strong command of Excel
  • Power Pivot, Power BI, and BO experience desirable
  • Good knowledge of Power Point
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry
  • Very fluent Spanish and medium level of English required
  • Very good analytical skills
