About the Role

Veepee is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing sales data and providing actionable insights to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activity 1: Analytical Management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Activity 2: Commercial Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and business leaders.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Activity 3: Operational Management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Activity 4: Inventory Tracking (if required)
  • Manage sales returns and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis and commercial data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
