About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Graduate Program is a 21-month rotation program in Amazon's EMEA Stores Talent Acquisition Team. As a member of this program, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of talent acquisition and recruiting with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Candidate Partner, you will:
    • Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent.
  • As a Business Partner, you will:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the talent acquisition team and the operations team.
    • Facilitate regular communication, collaboration, and alignment between the two teams.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment and operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter, you will:
    • Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for assigned roles and teams.
    • Leverage various sourcing strategies to identify and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide strategic guidance on optimal candidate profiles and interview processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Economics, or a similar field.
