Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Sheetgo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining strong relationships with banks, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions using platforms like Holded, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting systems.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on SaaS metrics and data analysis.
  • Utilize Google Sheets for financial reporting and data analysis, providing insights for financial decision-making.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy and optimize operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with finance and accounting platforms like Holded, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in maintaining banking relationships and managing financial transactions.
  • Ability to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on SaaS metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and willing to handle a wide range of tasks.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
