Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at IKONO. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of financial transactions and records.
Key Responsibilities- Perform billing, sales recording, and invoice issuance tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage and archive sales documentation in a secure and organized manner.
- Supervise issued invoices and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution.
- Process and record supplier invoices and employee expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare payment lists for the treasury department to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Accurately enter and maintain all accounting records and ledgers to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile bank positions and intercompany accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide documentation and support for audit procedures to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Collaborate with administration and store managers to ensure accurate accounting control and financial reporting.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting positions with a strong focus on financial operations.
- Excellent mathematical and advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with other European languages being an advantage.
- Knowledge in SAP would be an asset in this role.
