Business Development and B2B Sales Role

At Dazia Capital, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective business development and B2B sales strategies to attract corporate clients and travel agencies.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, initiating contact and building relationships to secure new business.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, using this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
  • Track and report on corporate sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue targets, providing regular updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our aparthotels and generate leads.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and offerings, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business development and/or B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate travel market and the needs of business travelers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Travel will be required to visit clients and onsite corporate sales activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Madrid area and local business market.
