Talent Search People Es, a dynamic recruitment company based in Spain, is seeking a skilled Global Talent Acquisitions Manager to join our team. We are leaders in the Barcelona and Madrid recruiting scene, with an international and young working environment.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment and be fluent in Portuguese, with a good command of English or Spanish. As a Global Talent Acquisitions Manager, you will work exclusively with one of our esteemed clients, conducting job analyses, filtering applications, performing in-person interviews, and managing the entire selection process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough job analyses and compile detailed job profiles
- Filter and shortlist suitable candidates through telephone pre-screening interviews
- Lead in-person interviews and assess candidate fit for the role
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial stages to final selection
To be successful in this role, you must be:
- Based in Barcelona
- A native speaker of Portuguese
- Fluent in English or Spanish, in addition to Portuguese
- Prior experience in recruitment is highly desirable
