Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions Director to lead our European operations.

Job Responsibilities- Lead the preparation and execution of all aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Disposals in a holistic approach.
- Assure alignment and standardization in the solution proposed across Europe.
- Support new demands/projects from pre-study to production.
- Qualify demands, approve proposed solutions, and quotations from delivery teams.
- Manage pre-studies for the needed demands in terms of effort, cost, schedule, and resource plan.
- Source appropriately the expertise needs (resources required), by proposing internal and/or external profiles.
- Manage the experts' allocation assignment to the right initiative.
- Guarantee a homogeneous deployment methodology, to leverage the best competencies, processes so as to be able to accelerate delivery and Scale up.
- Accountable for driving and leading several technical project managers to ensure planned activities, deadlines, and completion of projects tasks with key metrics of time and cost.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with operations and/or support in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment.
- Broad IT knowledge and experience.
- Coordination of resources, leading heterogeneous teams.
- Significant experience and knowledge as Program Manager in ERPs area, managing roadmaps, budgets, and projects follow-up.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work with others on a global basis.
- An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
