The Service Marine market plays a crucial role in Alfa Laval Iberia's growth strategy.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer for the Marine Division to develop this business and sell services (service agreements) to Shipowners, Repair Shipyards, and Power Plants in Spain and Portugal, focusing on key Accounts in the Marine & Diesel Industry.

This responsibility requires close coordination with the Marine Division team and high availability to travel in Spain and Portugal.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior to create business plans aligned with the company's strategy and targets.
  • Identify and manage leads from the market and customers to convert them into real business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Actively engage with the market, making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers to understand their needs and highlight the value of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Naval Architect & Marine Engineering degree.
  • Strong commercial orientation with at least 5 years' experience in technical sales in the Marine Market.
  • Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a nice-to-have skill.
  • Resident in the Madrid area.
  • Availability to travel in Spain and Portugal.
