Sales Performance: We are looking for a Construction Sales Manager to leverage our diverse product portfolio and create value for regional builders. This role involves securing contracts and driving profitable sales growth within designated accounts.
About the Role: As our client's main point of contact, you will help them achieve their goals while ensuring a continued positive and profitable relationship between us. Your responsibilities include developing and executing Cosentino's strategy to increase sales of stone surfacing products in the new home construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with targeted builder accounts through cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meeting with potential and existing builders, their purchasing agents, designers, and sales teams.
- Secure contracts for standard specifications and upgrades.
- Establish builder profiles, key contacts, decision makers, and prioritize activities using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and national peers to ensure highest level of coordination, segment penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
