Enterprise Sales Lead

That's why we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to join our PICO Enterprise team. This role will focus on connecting the business world with our cutting-edge XR technology and devices, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a leading evangelist for our brand, attending industry events and speaking at conferences/tradeshows to build connections across the market.
  • Engage with stakeholders through direct outreach (calls, meetings, etc.) to drive new business and deploy devices with new projects or end-customers.
  • Solve technical and business blockers that have prevented larger roll-outs in the XR industry.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within a software or hardware XR company.
  • Ability to travel across Europe, UK, Middle East, and ANZ regions.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing seven-figure deals.
  • Strong public speaking skills and experience.
