About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our On Trade team at Bacardi. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing our brands in the growing channels, focusing on gaining market share in a profitable way.

About You

We are looking for a results-driven professional who is passionate about developing their career in a dynamic team. You will need to be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the delivery of our 2 key objectives: EFO & new model.
  2. Implement the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
  3. Negotiate with Point of Sale customers to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
  4. Drive the use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
  5. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On-Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
  2. Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions.
  3. Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively.
  4. Solid negotiation skills.
  5. Good communicator and an active listener.
  6. Team player.
