This exciting opportunity is with Thermo Fisher Scientific, a leading employer and member of the global LGBTQ+ business community. As a Sales Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer success by empowering our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality sales training programs with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, commercialization, and sales teams to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Design and implement a global multiphase, rapid onboarding training process for sales and sales leaders.
  • Deliver training at international, national, and regional sales meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device sales industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales training development and delivery experience to a global audience.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English is required; bilingual in German or French is preferred.
