We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Training Manager to join our Instrument and Enterprise Services Division (IES) team.

About the Role

As a Sales Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering educational programs that empower our sales teams to succeed. You will work closely with our marketing, operations, commercialization, and sales teams to identify training needs and gaps, and design and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales training programs with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps, and design and implement solutions.
  • Design, implement, and measure a global multiphase, rapid onboarding training process for sales and sales leaders.
  • Deliver training at international, national, and regional sales meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (in Sales, Healthcare, Business, Management, Education, or Communications).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device sales industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales training development and delivery experience to a global audience.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English is required; Bilingual in German or French is preferred.
