Job Title: Sales Training Manager EMEA

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Manager to join our Instrument and Enterprise Services Division (IES) in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering world-class educational programs for our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales training programs with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, commercialization, and sales teams to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Develop and deliver training at international, national, and regional sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Healthcare, Business, Management, Education, or Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device sales industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales training development and delivery experience to a global audience.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English is required. Bilingual in German or French is preferred.
