Job Title Clinical Sales Strategist for Hospital Monitoring Solutions
About the RoleYour role involves building a business plan that supports customer needs and drives sales efforts for our product portfolio in the hospital patient monitoring space. You will work with all direct and indirect channels in your territory to build and manage the territory funnel, accurately forecast using metrics, and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Research target opportunities and generate account leads to drive sales growth.
- Develop long-term relationships with key influencers and leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and create pricing strategies to support them.
- Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation, ensuring expectations are met by managing customer feedback at all sales process stages.
You must have:
- In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department.
- Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective.
- Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns.
- Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical PCMS products, while sharing technical and clinical insights with peers and business units.
- A minimum B.Sc. in Bioengineering, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years of work experience in the Hospital Monitoring Area or similar.
- Advanced knowledge in IT and the main functionalities of core health sector applications: EMR, HIS, LIS, PACS, and other departmental systems.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Candidate-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is between 60,000 - 90,000 euros.
