Hospital Patient Monitoring Sales Specialist

About the Role:
This field role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English. You will work with Europe and local marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for retention and expansion of our business with installed base customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products and services.
- Driving overall customer service business to plan and execute prioritized life cycle programs.
- Using quantitative and qualitative market and internal data to identify opportunities for retention and expansion of our business with installed base customers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum B.Sc. in Biomedical engineering, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent, along with 3-5+ years of work experience in the Hospital Monitoring Area or similar. Additionally, you should possess advanced knowledge in IT and the main functionalities of core health sector applications: EMR, HIS, LIS, PACS, and other departmental systems. A background in non-traditional business models like Subscription/SaaS would be an asset. Your strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as your customer-oriented approach, are crucial for achieving defined objectives and results.
