Technical Support Coordinator

Voltalia is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our renewable energy systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, resolving issues and answering questions related to our renewable energy systems.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
  • Develop and implement alternative solutions for our customers, working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct site visits and remote commissioning to ensure the proper installation and operation of our systems.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to prepare technical quotations and provide technical support during the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish, with conversational English skills.
  • FP Degree or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in PV design and installation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish regulations and certifications related to PV installations.
  • Ability to work with IT tools, including Excel, Word, and PV design software.
