Job Title: Junior Brand Manager
About the Role:
The Junior Brand Manager will be part of the Marketing Team working on marketing execution and promotional activities of Spin Master brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage own brands to exceed annual corporate goals in revenue, margin, market share, and consumer demand.
- Develop long-term brand equity for key brands through hands-on approach to managing brands, forecasting, SKU management, retail activity, and TV placement.
- Develop and manage consumer marketing campaigns within agreed budgets.
- Work closely with relevant marketing agencies to develop marketing plans and with PR agencies on the execution of PR plans.
- Manage mix and pricing to achieve annual financial objectives.
- Forecasting and work closely with Supply/Demand Planners and Sales Team to review and implement regular changes.
- Produce tools necessary to support Sales Team, such as range plans, external TV plans, and brand promotional guidelines.
- Responsible for ensuring that your brands are well represented and for POS materials.
Requirements:
- University or Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business qualifications.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant marketing experience, ideally in the Toy Industry or other kid-related industries.
- Advanced in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English in writing and verbally.
- Proactive approach with the ability to drive projects forward under tight deadlines.
- Results-driven with solid experience of developing and delivering strong marketing plans.
- Creative mindset in combination with a hands-on attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing demands.
- A team player able to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
