Job Description:

The Junior Brand Manager will be part of the Marketing Team working on marketing execution and promotional activities of Spin Master brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage own brands to exceed annual corporate goals e.g. revenue, margin, market share, consumer demand
  • Develop long term brand equity for your key brands through a hands-on approach to managing your brands forecasting, SKU management, retail activity and TV placement (when appropriate)
  • Develop and manage consumer marketing campaigns (above-the-line) within agreed budgets
  • Work closely with relevant marketing agencies to develop marketing plans and with PR agencies on the execution of PR plans
  • Manage mix/pricing to achieve annual financial objectives
  • Forecasting closely work with Supply/Demand Planners and Sales Team to review and implement regular (minimum monthly) changes as part of Forecasting Reviews
  • Produce tools necessary to support Sales Team on a regular basis such as range plans, external TV plans, brand promotional guidelines
  • Responsible for ensuring that your brands are well represented
  • Responsible of POS materials for your brands
Requirements:
  • University or Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business qualifications (preferably)
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant marketing experience ideally in the Toy Industry or other kid-related industries (for example toy retail or kid licensing - marketing/licensing/entertainment business)
  • Advanced in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English in writing and verbally
  • Proactive approach with the ability to drive projects forward under tight deadlines
  • Results driven with solid experience of developing and delivering strong marketing plans
  • Creative mindset in combination with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing demands
  • A team player able to work across departments (e.g. sales, marketing, finance, planning) and with external stakeholders (e.g. retailers, licensors)
