About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Video Specialist to join our team at Plug and Play Tech Center. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and refining scripts, project concepts, and other materials to support our key branding and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and refinement of scripts, project concepts, and other materials.
  • Film, edit, and distribute video content aligned with our key branding and messages.
  • Capture videos and photos of company events and activities.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of video campaigns.
  • Coordinate with different teams across the company to build out relevant content for our audience.
  • Manage content calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strategize with our marketing and automation teams to support inbound lead strategy and execution, including YouTube SEO optimization and analytics.
  • Track and analyze YouTube analytics and social media performance.
  • Maintain our company brand guidelines in all visual materials.
  • Ensure all video and photo projects comply with media rules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
  • 4-7 years of professional experience.
  • An excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail.
  • Expertise in video filming and editing with Adobe software (Premiere Pro) along with YouTube SEO strategy development and execution.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing tools and basic strategies.
  • Highly experienced in tracking YouTube analytics.
  • High energy, a strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, and a willingness to learn new skill sets.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (preferably in After Effects).
